What is The Oyster Bank Club?
The Oyster Bank Club is a loyalty program that rewards and recognises customers who visit our restaurants. The program benefits all The Oyster Bank Club members as you earn Pearls with your membership account when you dine in at our restaurants Singapore. How does The Oyster Bank Club work?
You can join the program by registering for a free account. This can be done at our restaurants with our friendly team or online via https://tob.eber.co/user. You can start collecting Pearls and earning rewards with your membership account. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 5 Pearls, and you can redeem for rewards once you have accumulated enough Pearls.

How do I maintain Gold tier status?
Once you qualify for the Gold tier, you will be at that tier for a full year from the date you qualified - this will be your anniversary date. You will then have one year from your anniversary date to earn 2,500 Pearls in order to extend your Gold tier membership for another year. If you earn 12,5000 Pearls in one year, you will be upgraded to the Platinum tier.
If you do not earn 2,500 Pearls in one year, you will start your new year as a Silver member. Pearls are refreshed and reset every year from your anniversary date and will not be brought forward.

How do I register for a The Oyster Bank Club account if I’m not already a member?
Registering for The Oyster Bank Club is easy. This can be done at our restaurants with our friendly team or online via https://tob.eber.co/user. You can start collecting Pearls and using the Pearls to redeem Rewards by letting our team know you are a member when making payment.
Can I qualify for multiple renewals in a single year? For example, if I earn 5,000 Pearls in one year, will I be in the Gold tier for the next two years?
No. Every year on your anniversary date (the date you qualified for that level), we will track if you have earned the minimum number of Pearls required for that membership level.
For example, if you are a Gold member, we will track to see if you have earned a minimum of 2,500 Pearls during the 12-month period before your anniversary date. If so, you will remain at the Gold level for another year.
What are Pearls and how do I earn them?
You can earn Pearls and use them to redeem rewards simply by letting us know you are our member when making payment. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 5 Pearls. For example, if you've spent $50, you will see 250 Pearls reflected in your account for that transaction. Do note that Pearls may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.
How are Pearls used?
The Pearls are used to determine the level of The Oyster Bank Club membership and rewards that are eligible for redemption.
What rewards can I redeem my Pearls for?
Depending on the amount of Pearls you have, you will be able to redeem for different rewards. This could be a complimentary glass or bottle of wine, cash e-vouchers etc. The rewards catalogue is subjected to change so do check back on it occasionally.
Do I get to choose when I'd like to redeem my Pearls?
Yes. You are in control of the Pearls earned. Simply tell our restaurant team when you want to redeem them. Just be sure to use them before they expire.
Do I get any Welcome Pearls when I qualify for Gold tier?
Yes. This is to reward you for reaching Gold tier. You get 50 Welcome Pearls when you reach the Gold tier. Should you drop to the Silver tier and qualify as a Gold member again, you will be considered as a newly upgraded Gold member and get 50 Welcome Pearls when you qualify.
What is a Pearl and how do I earn one?
You will earn Pearls and can redeem rewards with them simply by letting us know you are our member when making payment. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 5 Pearls. Earning of Pearls is attained when you dine-in at our restaurants and not valid for takeaway items.
Do my Pearls expire?
Yes. Pearls will expire on the 1st day following 12 months from when you accumulate them. E.g. all Pearls accumulated in November 2024 will expire 1 December 2025. You may check when you accumulated the Pearls by visting https://tinyurl.com/tobnotifications
While membership tiers will expire 1 year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current tier of your The Oyster Bank Club membership). After registering a new account, you have 12 months to earn Pearls to reach the next tier. Upon reaching a new tier, you will have another 12 months from the date on which you reached that tier to earn the corresponding Pearls to maintain your membership at that tier or to progress to the next tier. This means that if you've just created a new account, you have one year to earn 2,500 Pearls to reach Gold tier or 12,500 Pearls to reach Platinum tier.
Once you reach Gold tier, you will have one year from that date (your anniversary date) to earn 2,500 Pearls to maintain your Gold membership or to earn 12,500 Pearls to progress to Platinum tier. If you earn less than 2,500 Pearls, you will start the next year as a Silver member. Similarly, for a Platinum member, you have one year upon qualifying to earn 12,500 Pearls to extend your Platinum membership for another year. If you earn less than 12,500 Pearls, you'll start the new year in a tier determined by your corresponding Pearls. Pearls get refreshed annually and will not be brought forward.
Who do I contact if my Pearls balance is incorrect?
We want to ensure that the Pearls in your account accurately reflect your purchases. If the total number of Pearls appears to be incorrect, please email us at memberships@theoysterbank.sg. Can the Pearls in my account be transferred to someone else? Pearls collected in each account can only be used by that account holder, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Can I refer a friend to The Oyster Bank Club?
Yes, you can. Under The Oyster Bank App, you may tap into Referral to share your unique code/URL link with your friend. Upon signing up, your friend will get 10 Welcome Pearls. Upon your friend’s first dine-in purchase at The Oyster Bank, both of you will receive the reward of a complimentary glass of house white wine that is redeemable on your next visit with us. Please note that successful referral rewards will show on your account in The Oyster Bank App within 24 hours. Referral rewards expire 1 month from date of issue.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
Simply inform our team at any of our restaurants in Singapore that you would like to redeem your reward. You may scan the voucher on your mobile device or they can scan it on your behalf. Reminder: Your redeemable Pearls will expire on your anniversary date, while your other rewards have their respective validity period. The Oyster Bank may also offer special vouchers from time to time with different validity periods. You can track your rewards and vouchers via the members' portal or The Oyster Bank App. Please be sure to redeem them before they expire. Expired rewards will not be brought forward.
How will I know that I have a reward available?
You can check your available rewards on the members' portal or The Oyster Bank App under the "Rewards" section.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. Different rewards have their respective expiry dates. Your redeemable Pearls will expire on your anniversary date. Other rewards in your The Oyster Bank Club account will expire 1 year after they are issued - these expiration dates are listed with the voucher. Referral rewards will expire 1 month after they are issued. You can track this via The Oyster Bank App or the member's portal. The Oyster Bank may also offer special e-vouchers from time to time with different validity periods. Please be sure to redeem your rewards before they expire.
When will I receive my birthday benefits?
You will receive your birthday benefits on the first day of your birthday month. Each of the birthday rewards will be valid for one-time use only during the entire month of your birthday.

When will I receive exclusive offers and discounts?
You will receive exclusive offers and discounts by email, SMS or push notification through our The Oyster Bank App from time to time.
Is there a fee to join The Oyster Bank Club?
No membership fee is required to join The Oyster Bank Club. You can join the program by registering for a free account. This can be done at our restaurants with our friendly team or online via https://tob.eber.co/user.
Can I transfer The Oyster Bank Club membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or friends.
