MANAGERIAL INTERN

Responsibilities include:
Responding promptly to corporate order enquiries
Liaising with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Developing quotes and customised proposals for clients
Liaising with external vendors for event supplies
Coordinating with in-house operations team in handling all logistics to ensure smooth operation till corporate order is delivered
Conceptualisation and design of event or promotional collaterals (Photoshop / Illustrator skills are a plus. If you do not know, we can teach!)
Generate social media content for engagement
Assist management in the development of product lines for different seasons (Valentines’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, summer, Christmas etc)
Assist management to develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business and diversify business streams (i.e. more outlets, mobile business ideas etc)
Understanding market trends and conducting simple research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Follow up with developing and implementing unique marketing schemes catered to the identified trends and needs.
Analyse financial reports and net profit generated by each product. Determine different tiers of pricing for products and promotional packages.
Day to day administrative tasks (reservation requests, order fulfilment)
Ability to work proficiently in a team and individually
Requirements
Possess strong language ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter and deliver high quality work to deadlines
Positive attitude, keen learner with a growth mindset
Open to flexibility of jobscope
Min. 5 - 6 months commitment, Mon to Fri
